How Does This Work?

In short, we partner directly with you so you can invest with confidence.

We do all the work while you collect the benefits of real estate ownership as a limited partner and passive investor.

1. Register Your Interest

Chat directly with our General Partner about your investment goals.

2. Soft Commitment

This is where you commit to an investment amount, but no money changes hands yet.

3. We Identify a Property

Tressco Capital identifies, negotiates and ties up one or more properties.

4. Capital Call

We send you a “Capital Call.” This is where you transfer funds and we close on the property.

5. You Cash Flow

During the 5-7-year maturity period, we collect rents and distribute quarterly preferred returns to investors. Mailbox money!

6. Disposition

We sell the asset and collect a substantial lump sum payout from the increased value.
